Report a translation problem
Please check in-game log for "Patient died in transport" entries when that happens.
In most cases it's caused by having not enough medic teams assigned to the ADS while the trenches are flooded with wounded.
If you enter the trenches and the spots there contain like 10+ soldiers each, the situation is quite bad and you can expect those drops when people start dying there.
Due to the sheer number, they will die several at a time, hence a bigger morale loss.
