Bug Doctor not Working? The Medics are the Problem!

Hey some of you also realised that the Doctor is well rested and will not work?
The Bug is causing because Medics get Stuck.
I realised this bug after 5 Days ingame. Back in my saves the bug occured at second patient in Chapter two.

Why it happend?(my suggestion)
The Medic Teams are very often stuck in some places the only option is to reload a older save file. I am just at chapter 2 and expirence more than 10 bugs and also a crash of game at the end of Chapter one.

The Medics have a hitbox and will choose a way around other People but this will cause that they are glichting into building and then can not follow the programmed way to move further.
This is causing a change reaction that the doctor is waiting for patient. The doctor than get exhausted which is not visible and will be also stuck.
I think the coding of the medics path is the Problem a easy fix would be if the Persons dont have a hitbox or can ghost through everything.

The Problem occured twice in my playthrough till now ( chapter two 13 August). One time near hospital one time at ADS.

My comments:
I want to try to get the game finished because the game is making fun for me. But at the moment the game has more a feeling of a Trash game. It is not working Smooth.
Maybe the intention of the Developers were good but the game feels more like a beta and we are the Tester.

I can not imagine that they really had 25 people testing the game because what are the odds that we get so many bugs reported till now.

Anybody else also noticed this?
