Mod request: Turn off the menu sounds

I have been looking at the extracted archives and I can't get anything I change to stick by editing the JSON files. If anyone has any tips on this I would appreciate it. Bringing up the menus and moving around the menus is way louder than the games. Especially on the Steam Deck. If I can't figure this out I will just refund it. Thanks!
