The Steam version of "Samurai Vandalism" was announced in July this year, and kagurgames also told us that it will be released in late 2022 or early 2023.

well the 2.03 version of the game came out in october of last year but yea should not take this long

I highly doubt ti will be coming out sadly. I think Kagura games and Oneoneone had a falling out. That's what I suspect since they removed all of the Oneoneone games from their store.

they will never release it. They just buy the license so that nobody else is going to translate it - not even a good fan translation.

They didn't though? After reading your response, I checked, oneone games are still in their store. Keep in mind only Ideology in Friction was released by Kagura. Meritocracy of Oni wasn't, and neither were any other Oneone games in English.
They have this and Island of Penance as "coming soon".
