Game crashes every 15-20 minutes consistently

This happens all the time no matter what. Is there any reason why this game is constantly crashing. By the way I have an i7 13700K and RTX 4080 Super, both are stock and good temps.

Game crash when using multimedia controls

Minor issue/ Game still very playable.

When I use the the media controls on my corsair k70 Pro to control spotify, I'll get a regular crash during wheel spins. ... not sure if this is specific to my combination of hardware/ software (SimHub, DSX, Intel XTU, Afterburner, etc. running in background), but wanted to make the issue known.

Its not enough of an issue for me to write up a support ticket. But if the support team needs more info, I'm happy to help.

Forza wont start

Forza won't start even after:
- reinstalling Forza
- performing an integrity check
- uninstalling Warsall and making sure no other app from the incompatibility list was installed
- having no anti-virus other than microsoft defender
- updating windows
- updating GPU driver (Nvidia)
- updating Nvidia studio app
- rolling back GPU driver back to 561.09
- performing a clean start
- installing XBOX app
- uninstalling XBOX app
- trying to run from big picture mode
- trying to run from desktop shortcut
- trying to run from NVIDIA studio app

SPECS: win 11 / intel i7 13620H / Nvidia Geforce RTX4050 laptop / 16 Gb Ram / Enought SSD disk space

after last update on my video card nvidia the game is not launch.

Anyone else having random crashes?

I have a problem where the game randomly closes at least once per hour. It doesn’t matter if I’m in a race, in the menus, or away from my PC. There's no pattern to it.

I only just got the game in the Steam sale. Previously I was playing FH4 and that never crashed.

Fails to load with new GPU (AMD RX 9070)

After upgrading from an RX 7600 to an RX 9070, FH5 opens to a black screen. The audio begins to play for a fraction of a second, and then nothing. I am on Linux, and have been playing using Proton 9-x with no problems for months.

The issue with 12th and 13th generation CPU´s is homemade by Intel; Google yourselves the issues.

I have no crashes what so ever with an AMD 7800 and a 4080 RTX.

i was on amd 5 2600 and now im on intel 14900kf, ♥♥♥♥ still crashes, so its not cpu issue, its fukcing brain issue in head of devs ignoring the problem for more than a year

When trying to start the game from C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ForzaHorizon5, I got an error message saying that I don't have CONCRT140.dll. Anyone else got this issue?

I looked CONCRT140.dll online, and it seems to be an obsolete Visual C++ dll.
