Before you play Forza Horizon 5, make sure you have the latest drivers and firmware for your wheel. Your wheel may work great with games that came out 1 or 2 years ago, even Forza games - that doesn't mean it'll work with a new game.

For Logitech users, especially G920 and G29, you have to install the Logitech Software from the website; this is quite important, if you don’t install it, the G920 is picked up as a different vendor product identifier (VIDPID) and its functionality in the game is compromised, both for FFB and for buttons/switches.

Just refunded... the game isnt that good and the wheelsupport is a mess... this was the last time im playing the beta-tester. 24h later still no word from Turn 10. Next time listen to your players... Japan would be much cooler than this. And btw... nice to have prosthetics, but not all human beings are !skinny 18-yo! guys, girls or "things".

I acutally like the driving with the wheel. I have a CSL DD 180 and the CSL McLaren V2 wheel. BUT... After a race or any other event the game seems to crash in the loading screen.
When I play with a controller - no problem. So this has to be some wheel-based bug or anything...


I really hope they fix this.. the driving was fun with simulation settings and TC ABS off.
Anyway... on the other hand I have to say its a shame that new games keep being disappointing people with bugs and other flaws... really a shame...

the devs just don't care. They've closed several of my tickets saying solved but their solution was to just open another ticket... A premium price-tag for such paltry support!

According to the Forza site, the G923 is a known issue. I'm having the same problems. Out of curiosity, what settings do you use for FH4? I've tried every profile I can think of, and no matter what I spin out incredibly easily when making even the slightest turn and I know it's not me. I gave up and swapped to a controller b/c I can never seem to find the right settings.

G923XB doesnt work, every time you hit a button it disconnects and if you google it you will see this is a very common issue for a lot of the wheels you have listed, all my software/firmware is up to date.

i think you need just to run the app for the wheel before turning on forza im on Thrustmaster wheel and before the game i open control panel , set my degree of rotation if i want to drift or race 900/540 and then click ok and run the game without problem

Same, here. Looks like they just close all the tickets with "Solved", that's what happened to my tickets. It's not solved though my TS-XW does not work in FH5. Also, it's too bad there is no way to choose which monitor you want to use, like in ALL other racing sims.
