Hyundai I30n

Is it still possible to get the Hyundai I30n ? Or was it a one time event ?

You have to look in the auction house where some are offered.

All cars cycle, sometimes can take a while to show up again but they will come around again at some stage either as a festival playlist reward or in the weekly Forza shop.
You can also keep an eye on the Auction house in case someone is selling.

Yeah when cars have only come up once, most people will hang onto them, you could be lucky and pick one up though. From what I can remember, the Hyundai's were quite a while ago so hopefully they'll come around again soon.

The car has only been available once so far, and that was roughly 3 months ago. Good for you, as it will surely come up a second time. It depends on how much you feel you need it. If you have a little patience, there is a very high chance that you can get it via Festival Playlist/Forzaton Shop within the next 8 weeks.
