Forza Horizon 5 isn't connecting to Horizon Life

I'm having massive connection issues with Horizon 5 not connecting to Horizon Life at all. I have tried everything to fix it. But nothing fixed it. Including Verifying game files, uninstalling to reinstalling the game. Even my Link is grayed out. I even tried doing a hard reset on my wifi router and is working.

Try changing your default home base to another one in Mexico. Restart and see if it sorts it.

I can't see how long you've been playing for so this is presuming you've been online before as if you are new to the game there are a few things you need to do first before you get access to online play.

Thank you!!! Changing my home (traveled to a different home in Mexico, and hit 'Y' to make it my default house) worked, and I can now get online and see things like Tunes and the rest of Horizon Life.

By the way, for others, I had set my home to the Rally world... not sure if that makes any difference.

i fixed mine by signing out of the xbox app

Changed my house works well, everything is online now, many thanks :) What an ugly bug in the game :D Once again :) THANK YOU SO MUCH

Same here. Even when I try hide and seek, nothing happens. Its been fixed, by opening Xbox app. Maybe that will help as well.
