PR Stunt Disappeared from the Map?

Hey everyone, I started the game yesterday and did some tuning on my car before jumping into the story. I chose the PR Stunts option and got a waypoint, but while driving there, I passed through a purple zone on the map, which triggered an event.

After completing the event, I can’t select it again, and it’s no longer visible on the map. I’ve tried:

• Restarting the game
  
• Adjusting the map filters
  
• Doing a new race to see if that helps

But no luck.

The only clue I have is that the event lady keeps saying I need to expand because the Horizon is at full capacity.
