I'm sure there are but if I want to rack up the points I take a souped up offroader, like the Exocet and just blast around cactus country. Doing huge drift circles taking out cactus every two seconds racks the points up fast.

get sesto elemento forza edition, and destroy stuff. There is a custom race made for the airport dragstrip that is basically lots of destroyable stuff in a line where you can like 10 skill points every 20 seconds. Iirc it's called "18 seconds 10 sp perfection" or something like that. And also make sure to set steering to auto steering when doing that custom race.
