Now that this game will be released on PS5, what about a Dualsense support?
That is it. I bought this game on Microsoft Store because of my Xbox, but unfortunately I can't use Steam Input on it because it's not compatible, but would be pretty nice if you guys make the Dualsense controller officially compatible with it.
I know, extremely unlikely but... here we are, no longer an exclusive!

I asked the same question on X under the offical post.
No reply.
My guess is it would need Microsoft to make the Dualsense controller work natively within Windows...or at least bring out drivers for it. You can still use a Dualsense with the Microsoft Store version (not sure on Steam though)... just need to install additional software

Maybe in 3 years
i use my dualsense controller on my pc using the steam version just fine no extra software needed although it will be appearing as an xbox Controller in the layout

Why anyone would use that garbage controller is beyond me. i actually bought a 200$ 3rd party Nacon brand controller for my PS5 just so i never have to use the Dual Sense again.

Worst 1st party controller since the Duke Xbox 2001 Controller.

I wonder if Steam has some sort of software that enables it? I only ask as I could never get my DS to work on my PC without extra software, although I've never tried using it with Steam

Yeah, I know this works, I have FH4 bought here and it's very good. My point is that I have FH5 bought on MS store, not here. I don't want to buy it again.

All the emulators recognizes the Dualsense normally without extra software, Fortnite and Sony games bought on Epic too.

What are you saying bro? The Dualsense is a pretty good controller, the only "negative" side from it is not being fully compatible with everything like the xbox controller. Some people complain about having drift issues, I have mine for 4 years and still works flawlessly

PS3 controller would like to know your location.
But that being said, the PS5 controller is fine. I actually prefer it over the XOne Elite I have.

Dualsense is miles better than any xbox controller I've ever used so idk what you're talking about. I don't bother with 3rd party crap because there seems to always be some issues with them on pc. Also it's pretty hard to justify a two hundred dollars purchase for an gadget you use on two or three games.

The Dual Sense is the most worthless piece of garbage i have used in gaming since i got my first Xbox in 2001 and said WTF is this when i picked up the Duke.

PS1/2/3 controller will always be Sony's best, even the Dual Shock 4 was DECENT (but still not good)

Give me a generic controller that has NO gimmicks and NO rechargeable batteries. Like the sweet, lovely Xbox 360 controller....

But you are all probably too young to remember that far back and have been brainwashed by your "influencers" to the point you have no true opinion and are just parrots to whatever is the new trend of the week.

Truly sad.
Way to lose all your credibility by going all childish over such a stupid opinion. Real mature, buddy. Not that it matters but I honestly probably am older than you are. If you happen to be older than I am, I do feel sorry for you if you manage to lose your temper so completely just because someone disagrees on your opinion.

I dislike xbox controllers because they are so big. I don't care about the properties of the controllers, all I care is does it feel comfortable in my hands for a few hours, and xbox controllers make my wrists ache. I've never had such issues on playstation controllers so it doesn't really matter what properties they have or don't, does it.

i never lost my temper. i am just sad that people are so ignorant these days that they cannot tell what quality is. Youtube, facebook have truly done more harm to this world than a 3rd world war could have done.

i am 38 years old and a lifetime gamer since 1991 when i go a second hand NES. i have owned and used just about every major console (no Jaguar or Saturn) So i have my preferences for a controller (Xbox stick placement is key for me)

Dual Sense is plagued with stick drift and has such a worthless battery it may as well be a wired controller.

Guys please play nice, we can share our opinions about things without being disrespectful to another

Rumble in triggers is awesome; I wouldn't play this game without an xbox controller...
If you want cheap advance controller, get Vader pro.

I have 2 and I've never had a hint of stick drift, but yeah my controllers are always plugged in. The battery is just manufactured e-waste, along with those stupid haptic triggers that I turned day I got them. Why on earth would somebody want to make a button harder to activate?
