DLSS 4 and FSR 3
Are they going to update it before support ends after series 43? it's already stuck with bad versions of 2 years old DLSS and frame generation, and any attempts to update it manually with a new version can cause ban :(

No it's useless, you can force those in GPU driver and result is better that any in game implementation. Cyberpunk is very good example...

FrameGen are fakes frames creating stuttering and inputlag...

You can't "force those in GPU driver" without replacing an actual DLSS files first, which is risky in online connected FH5, this is why devs should update it on their side. BTW Cyberpunk 2077 just got updated to DLSS 4 and it's amazing.

Same, new versions are way better. Also, there is no native FSR 3 frame gen in FH5, so majority of players without RTX 40 series don't have much choice.

Idk if DLSS4 is in playgrounds roadmap but if its not it definitely should be for FH5.

That said, when the new driver drops you might be able to force it through the driver + nvidia app, assuming it's supported from the get-go.

A bunch of my games will be supported day one for DLSS overrides using the nvidia app, Plus FH5 is likely to be supported for a good couple years or so yet so I can't think of any reason why it wouldn't come to FH5 in the near future.

Cool, I've never heard of it. That would be great to override DLSS version and force DLAA in not supported games. But is it safe or supported in games with anti-cheats? For example, I tried to replace DLSS in a couple of games, one of those with EAC simply didn't started and Suicide Squad has DLSS tab missing entirerly.

They said Series 43 will be the last one, then there will be voting for older seasons replays, which means end of active support for FH5, no? If I remember correctly FH4 was just rolling with old seasons for years without any major updates, fixes or new features, even without TAA or impulse triggers support.

Well its going to be supported by gray zone warfare day one when the driver drops and that uses easy anticheat.

If I had to guess, It'd have to be whitelisted by playground and then added as an option to the nvidia app or in future driver updates.

It still has room for quality of life patches, I can't see playground not dropping an update to support DLSS4, it might take some time but there's hope.

I just updated the Nvidia App and driver: there is no support for DLSS Swap in FH5 yet.

Probably not whitelisted then with nvidia, that'll be something playground and Microsoft need to push with nvidia by the sounds of it.

Funnily Enough, there are apps that let DLSS 2.x to use DLSS 4, via Nvidia Profile Inspector and it works, but it needs to be set with each driver update.

It is quite funny how Nvidia could make DLSS 4 in all DLSS 2.x games out there, but they don't. lol

AMD have something similar, all unofficial of course....so, use at your own risk.
