How to unlock online?! COOP
How do I unlock COOP and invite my friend? why is it so complicated?

How do I know what progress do I have on the tutorial period? Yes I'm new

Just keep doing races, or story missions as they unlock. It all happens automatically. Sorry if I don't remember the exact details. I've been playing since early access and I did the tutorial a long time ago. What I can confirm is that Horizon Live is not unlocked until later as you progress and level up.

Don't worry about doing anything specific. Just keep playing and it will eventually unlock on its own. You'll have to put at least a couple of hours before it happens.

yeah just do the first drive to the festival. get a car and do a story mission. should be like 20 minutes

I have more than 100 hours still cant play online

That is a different problem. You probably have your ms account limited. It's in the parental control options. If it is, you won't be able to access most online features.
