NEW ACHIEVEMENTS ON STEAM !!!!!!!

I was trying for the hundredth time to earn the Eliminator achievement, and I couldn't do it again. When I looked, there were 17 new achievements on Steam, and it seems like you can't do them yet.

1) they are making new content for Sony users
2) it's up to you to complete them or not

Because this is a "Games as a Service" title. If the weekly updates about getting free cars for doing things that week didn't clue you in.
