[FIXED 03/12] Festival Playlist Bug

We are aware of an issue with Festival Playlist challenges not marked as completed.

Update: The team is still working on the issue, which is top priority right now. We don't have an ETA for the fix, but we'll provide you with an update as soon as we have anything concrete to share.

03/03 Update: With the highest priority, we're still working on the fix for the Seasonal Festival Playlist points not getting awarded. Whilst we don't have an ETA to share yet, the team made some progress towards the resolution of the issue. Thank you for your patience.

03/05 Update: While we are still working on a hotfix to address the issues with the Festival Playlist, we encourage players to complete the Seasonal Championships, EventLab and Trial before the Season ends. The points and progress will be retroactively applied to whoever completed these events once the hotfix is live. The Treasure Hunt issue may take a little longer, but will be awarded to players that have completed any other event during the Summer Season. Thank you again for your continued patience.

03/06 Update: The hotfix for the Festival Playlist will be live later today. Since this fix will come after the Season has changed, all players will be gifted the Huracán STO and a Horizon Backstage Pass, and players that earned enough Playlist Points will be able to redeem them after the hotfix as well. Players will experience these issues with the Autumn Season, but the points and progress for any completed events will be given retroactively. Our team is still working on the Treasure Hunt issue, however, any players who completed an event in the Summer Season will receive this reward retroactively. Thank you for bearing with us.

03/12: The hotfix to address the Festival Playlist, Treasure Hunt, and stability issues is now live. Playlist progress and points (for both Summer and Autumn) will be awarded once the hotfix is applied.
To thank you for your patience with these issues, we will be adding the following cars to the Backstage Shop: the 2014 Alfa Romeo 4C and the 2020 Nissan GT-R Nismo (R35) in the next few hours

03/06 Update v2: Due to severe stability issues on the hotfix PC build, we've rolled back the update on Windows PC (not Steam) and Xbox Consoles. We apologise for the inconvenience and will work hard to ensure this doesn't happen again. We'll be in touch about the next release which will correct the issues affecting progression in the Festival Playlist as soon as possible. We encourage players to continue playing Festival Playlist activities as the hotfix, once implemented, will still provide the associated Playlist points retroactively.

Not getting points for todays race

I completed the three races of the new series in hot wheels park and rally area, but it does not give me the points.

When i hover over the series icon on the map it says that i completed the series, all golden stars.
But in the series overview it is not marked as solved and so i did not get the 2*5 points.

What can i do?

same here, got the reward which was that cloth thing, but no points, the speed trap I got both points and the super wheelspin reward, so I believe the races is broken

Also when the races were not done the "new" sign under the icon was missing.
This was the first error i noticed.

Yeeeah seems the championships are bugged atm, just finished the trial and it's still marked as incomplete. Yet the other challenges (PR, Photo, Rivals, etc.) still worked as intended

yeah this vote system is horrible, in FH4 we was seeing the vote result but not anymore....btw that change nothing as the next week when you launch the game, you realize that everyone dont share your taste... so you see a super rare car, you vote for it knowing you ll dont have it next week... digital torture...
