Slow car with best handling?

Aloha,

im looking for a car wich is slow and with very good handling for a child to drive. I found a Nissan GT-R R35, but its very fast.

Is there a site with overview of the cars including stats? Cant find anything usable to overlook all cars by their stats.

I've always found the Lotus Elan to be a very good D class car. In C class the Mazdaspeed MX-5 is good. Both RWD and fairly low powered.
