How to deactivate LC?

I enjoy the ocassional drag race here and there, but now I try to rev my engine but the revs doesn't go all the way up, the velocimeter is stuck at like a quarter of the dial while a blue led "LC" blinks, and the engine sounds muffled, this happends with all my cars. I thought it was an option on the settings but can't find anything like it.

Any one knows what is it and how to get rid of it?

Can I ask what is that LC thing?

It's part of the anti-lag update.

While launch control is enabled and holding down the a button on your gamepad while accelerating, it basically limits your rev for an optimal start to save as much time as possible.

When you combine launch control with an anti-lag upgrade on your car, it constantly emits a popping sound and flames coming out from your exhaust.
