It doesn't have the same feel as GT4 though...to be fair none of the follwoing GTs had that feel. It does have a lot of different vehicles but no licence. Different categories in terms of road, dirt, cross country, and street racing.
That would be either Forza Motorsports 3 or Forza Motorsports 4. Everything after is just a watered down version. 7 tries but it fails and 8 is just atrocious.
As someone who looks for that exact same oldschool feel like GT1 through GT4, I have not encountered any game that matches FM3 and 4.
The best modern compromise is Forza Horizon 5. Lacks progression, but at least you can enjoy 900 cars however you want and build them just like old GT games, and without restrictions.
