The crashes are starting to p1ss me off

The game crashes are becoming quiet a regular thing now. 2nd goliath race I do not get to finish TODAY.
Anyone else having the same issue?

no crashing, studio drivers, GTX1070 win10 / or 11/
paging file controlled by windows is the most common crash-cause since the history of win7/10/11

I was tired before, but today the game doesn't even end loading. I'm so close to give up.
FYI they have listed it on known errors but is been months

yeah i cant even make the game load up

yo wats up why its doing that exactly today. I was racing in MP yestarday and everything was fine. Was blaming my GPU OC but not its different story

It's definitely the game, I am playing on high and don't even have ray tracing on or anything, yet the crashes happen randomly, sometimes I can play for hours without a crash and other times I crash 3 times in one hours. It's annoying as heck.

I think the problem is with the current season after changing to autumn. What else can happen on a local hardware/software level?

My xbox friend playing off microsoft store just fine (Game pass)

i start to wonder what sort of trash 3rd party apps, malware or clashing software you all have on your pcs if you keep getting crashes, i literally never have any and it really makes me wonder

maybe start by disabling them all and turning off overclocking if you have any, more likely than not your oc is unstable for fh5 (if you have any set that is).

sounds like a lot of useless apps are running in the background to me while youre playing but to each their own

Are you good man? Are you suggesting to the thousands of people that have this issue to just close every app in order to play the game? What if they play with their friends and need discord or want to listen to music or for whatever reason!! They need to fix their trash, you are lucky you are not experiencing these issue. But your suggestion is just dumb.

Got msi afterburner over clocked for 4 years, no issues except with call of duty the newest one. The rivatuner that comes with msi never installed.
Studio drivers are superior to game ready rush job.
Manage your paging files. Open start menu
Type Sysdm.cpl in the start menu and press enter
Go to advanced
Performance
Advanced
Top option, paging file aka virtual memory. This must NEVER be controlled by Microsoft because it can go as Low as 16mb!!! Critical oversight on Microsoft.

If you have 16gb ram, set minimum to 12000MB and max it at 16000MB
Make sure the fastest hard drive is selected, and this amount of space should always be available.
Even discord crashed this game at some point. Make sure ALL overlays are off. Steam, nVidia, discord etc..
Your lack of troubleshooting and attempts to fix it is annoying. Enable yourself.

People are really suggesting you manually disable everything and close every single app in order to play the game! Then you might as well just buy a separate PC for it. The amount of stupidity is unbelievable, We are aware of that .. the problem here is THAT IT SHOULDN'T BE AN ISSUE.
