Error Code E:47-0. (Invalid Profile)

Error Code E:47-0 (Invalid Profile). Is there any way to fix it? I haven't been able to play with my friend for the past three months because of problems with the XBox app, and now this.

The Error Code E:47-0 appears in some cases because of a few corrupted files that don’t let the game work properly. This might occur as a result of an AV scan that ended up quarantining some game files after a false positive. This can be easily fixed by uninstalling the main game along with every addon, then reinstalling the game to have a clean version without any potentially corrupted files. Just had this problem, about to find out if this solution helps me as well but I gotta ask, how tf does something like this even happen? I've never had my Xbox console quarantine and corrupt a games files before, have I just been super lucky or is this like a Forza specific ♥♥♥♥ up by devs or something? Literally all I did was accept an invite to my friends game and the whole game froze. I restart it and boom, AV has decided files in this major title game is a threat. Actually insane to me, especially since it looks like a problem going back years.

For me, the solution was simple - I simply forgot to turn on Steam Cloud. And since before reinstalling the game I had already logged into Forza but with Steam Cloud enabled, the game refused to let me in without it!
