Hi Steve. I see you are from here (SA). The points are easy with the right settings and tunes, add me if you want and I will help you.

You just need a good tune however that's the hard part

hear alan watts has some... those are what i use...
Don't really need any tuning for drifting. Stock cars on Drift category with no driver assists is enough.

if you're still having difficulty, the way i started was by upgrading to drift tires and drift suspension and then adding as much power as i could in a rear wheel drive vehicle. i'd also suggest turning off assists in the "difficulty" menu. those settings are meant for racing and not drifting. from there, it's just about learning how to drift. trust me when i tell you i was likely even worse than you are now.
i hope this helps.

What event specifically gives you issues?
I hated drifting until I got used to it. Use formula drifts category cars or search best cars for drifts with good control. Also try drifting using S1 or bellow tier cars until you get used to it. I'm no champion at drifting (in online I'm always at mid in the score board), but I managed to make it the easiest event when solo to the point that I can easily finish mini arcade events on my own with plenty time remaining and also easily do all drifts events/scenario on the map. Mazda MX-5 tuned for drift using one of the community made tune or Formula Drift #99 Mazda RX-8 tuned for S1 were my best choices to learn.

And what about fixed cars like in Donat Low Drift. I cannot reach the 150 000 Points in this car. Sorry for my bad english.

Switch to manual, if you drive automatic. Disable Traction Control and Stabiliy Control if you use them normally.
Stay in 2nd gear for optimal effect. Once your car is sliding, try to keep throttle at level that lets you keep steady angle. If you can't keep good angle at straight sections, swing your tail into opposite direction when you're running out of road width.

Rewinding doesn't reset Stunt score like it does with Skill Score, so use it if you spin out, or lose control and stop drifting.
The issue is probably you are trying to actually drift as you would in a drifting event, don`t. Don`t go for the big fast powerslides and drifts as you won`t score anywhere near enough points, the game instead wants you to do lots of slower edge to edge of the road drifts, stop trying to go big and flashy and just do a bunch of low slow crappy drifts and you can 3 star all the drift events very easily.
