Thanks for your response though I cant find Guanajuato’s story??
If it's not there, you need to select Street Scene when asked to "upgrade" festival, via Horizon Adventure (in 1st tab when you pause game), to enable it.
You go there, and do mission where you drive to Street Outpost, and it will put street racing events on your map.
I finally found that thank you :)
I do that too btw i finally found the solution and it was an adventure actually, to open street races i opened that ticket adventure it was purple, i couldnt have done that last part of the weekly challenge though. It is so hard that drift thing in that city, roads are very narrow and when you hit your car that skill score is crashing.
