How can i open Guanajuato tunnel race street race event?

I think i need to open a story related to that but i dont know which one?

Unlock Street events by compleing Guanajuato expedition. Same as with other outposts, you fill accolade meter and get story mission to complete

If it's not there, you need to select Street Scene when asked to "upgrade" festival, via Horizon Adventure (in 1st tab when you pause game), to enable it.
You go there, and do mission where you drive to Street Outpost, and it will put street racing events on your map.

Many times the story lines in FH5 are not really explained in detail how or what to do. I go to youtube and usually find the answers that someone has made a vid of ho to do this.

I do that too btw i finally found the solution and it was an adventure actually, to open street races i opened that ticket adventure it was purple, i couldnt have done that last part of the weekly challenge though. It is so hard that drift thing in that city, roads are very narrow and when you hit your car that skill score is crashing.
