Fixes are to go back to 561.09 or earlier driver or drop your raytracing setting in game to high or lower, try turning it off to see if it stabilizes.
Mine also started crashing every hour or so a while back. I'm now on the latest gpu driver with RT set to high and it has been stable for the last 30 hours or so.
Nvidia have listed it as a problem so I'm presuming the fix will probably come from their side eventually via a driver update.
This could be unrelated to your issue though, maybe worth a try.
Same for RT : crash as much with or without.
