Yes, the game works well with a PS4 controller.

I have connected my PS4 controller to my PC via Bluetooth (no DS4 Windows tool) and Steam automatically loads up an automatic configuration for it.

I have been playing Forza Horizon 5 with it and it's pretty good, I was surprised that there was vibration feedback on rougher roads, jumps and collisions.
