Why are the Cars visibly Transparent when I drive up to them?

Is this a network issue or the cars in the server going to be like this for other players?

Less you're convoyed, other players in online mode are essentially ghosts.

this is to show you can go through them, they stay solid when you are able to hit them for example in a convoy

at least you see them. on my side they morph in the 5. dimension, never to be seen again... drive 500m and everyone disappears but besides that i think its a save that you cant crash into them and its not an network issue. maybe for the combo

Ah I see. I was use to NFS where people just roller derby every vehicle in proximity. I assume they will be solid when you challenge in a race right? Or is Forza devs still working on the network issues?

even in online there is a collusion prevent system where if u are about to hit another player in a race they go transparent

They are solid when you are racing. They are only ghosts when they are not in your convoy in the open world, or you try to slam into someone in a corner during an online race

They are mostly solid in races, if you stop for a small amount of time you go ghost mode, likewise if your speed drops too low you'll go ghost mode too. It mostly works kinda, but you can still totally run people off the road if you put enough effort into it.
