I already got my money's worth from buying the game, I wanted an incentive to download 174GB again and a small incentive to buy the car bundles on discount since it's mainly to have the full package, not that I like the cars I don't even know what's in there. Right now it's not worth it.
In FH6, the new map and everything UNTIL the car bundles start to appear after the 2 expansions, will still be worth buying and downloading.
I miss many cars since I stopped playing. It's not that I care about the specific cars or any cars, I just want to be able to get them, even if they appear once a year.
I can't justify playing a game that locks me out of content. I made my peace with their special paints and product promotions, but I draw my line in exclusive cars.
Either they released after FH5, or were otherwise availiable or I already quit the game because I don't remember anything not included in ultimate edition or otherwise availiable. FH5 definitely has many more exclusive packs than 4, plus I lost my account and progress and exclusive cars in 4 due to THEIR mistake and I had to start over, so that was a factor for me quiting too.
In any case, I am not downloading 174GB just to have 30 exclusive cars I can't get and they refuse to put on discount in one of the biggest sales of the year.
To be fair there was only one non-premium car pack but it was there long before fh5 was announced and the treasure map had been there since day 1. Also, there was Owen's McLaren. And to this day there are more than a dozen absolutely unobtainable cars.
But still, you downloaded it once, played it long enough to get bored and only now you decided to complain about something you used to tolerate or ignore or not notice for such a long time? If you don't want to play it, then dont, nobody cares and i have no clue why you care at all. But all this "exclusive" cars and 174 gigs (which is actually 175) yapping you do looks like you're just seeking for attention in a game which most players only play once a week when the season changes or in other words DEAD GAME. If you wanna be a hater at least hate it for the right reasons.
And ffs get a better internet or more storage, its not 2010 anymore.
I wanted to know something and got my answer, it's a forum, I can do that. There was no easier way for me to learn whether the cars were availiable in seasonal events or just through the purchase.
I was willing to play the DEAD GAME to test my new hardware mainly, if it was a small size, or I could at least have the goal of a complete collection. Since it fails at both, it's not worth it so I'll wait for the worthy FH6.
Simple. No need to throw a fit.
