Online no longer works for me...?

After a small eternity, I wanted to play a game online with my colleague again and realized that somehow that wasn't possible. Normally I invited it via the Xbox app on the PC and it was then in the game for me. However, it no longer works. Even ingame I can form a colony, but he doesn't join. Has anything been changed? They both bought the game normally via Steam. No Game Pass ♥♥♥♥ or anything. Is anyone able to help me? Greetings

now many people have such a problem, including me. It has not been working online since April 4. It is with the release of a new patch. Nothing helped, no reinstalling, no logging out and logging in again. So we are waiting for a response from the developers

i got the same problem. i try to connect to horizon life but it just doesn't let me. even hosting or joining a colony is not working. drivertars are also gone in solo mode. idk what to do to fix it

Considering this problem started on thursday the 4th (season change) I wouldn't expect them to fix it any sooner than the next thursday, unfortunately.

i hope so. i tried so many things now to fix it and just nothing works... changing dns server, deleting all xbl credentials, deleting cache, changing my ip and mac address and stuff like that. unfortunately nothing worked...

Guys what are these problems with the game why the hell I never have any problems. I think the error is something from your TV, every day I play only PvP without a problem.
Also, I play from a not very powerful laptop and I haven't encountered any problems.
I5-10300H , GTX1650-4gb,16gb ram and 150mbps-internet and DS4 controller without cable and the game is great -72 FPS permanent medium high setting .
Good luck finding a solution though!!!

Clearing your xbox live credentials should solve your problem.

Click the Start button in the lower left corner of Windows, type Credential Manager, and press Enter.
In Credential Manager, click on the "Windows Credentials" button.
Scroll down to Generic Credentials
Find the entry "Xbl|Devicekey"
Select the expand button on the right of the entry
Select to "remove" the entry
Clean boot and play.
When I did these, my problem was solved. I hope it helps you. ( Translation )

finally could fix it. for everyone that still struggle just set your house as spawn point, restart the game and horizon life works again
