same situation in Romania. I wanted to sell a car and it says that ,,The Forza Horizon 5 server is not available at this time. Please try again later,,. I tought it's only at me but actually same error like mine is at everyone lol. I can't even download a custom map or load any custom tunings. Fix it Forza.

This game has some obvious issue and if it isn't fixed this game is getting a negative review from me. Stating the problem because it should be avoided.

Had this issue for the past few days also. (UK)
Signed out of my Xbox account in-game, game restarted and logged back in.
All working again now. Action house, community paints/tunes and my messages all synced.

Same issue in Malaysia here, reinstall the game , signed out my xbox account , and noting work for me :( anyone know how to fix it ?
