about SLR MCLAREN licenceing

Mercedes SLR MClaren hasn`t been seen in multiple rac even since 2014 nfs18 dlc, such as not include in fh4\5, fm7\8,nfs19-22,driving club,even nfs14re delete this car and change with lambo sesto instead,which is onle for the console version
so is it due to licenceing reason we can`t play this fabulous car in multiple games? GT7 has this car, does polyphony digital studio has its exclusive use rights?

It could have been that PD got a long term license on the car, reason why they can still put it in the game. It's the same case for Teslas, as the company recently claimed they don't want their cars advertised (including in games), yet they are still in GT.

With the SLR, it's a complicated situation, considering the car existed before the new McLaren brand. I don't know...

yeah, i recall forza horizon 3 also has tesla,but no where to be seen in forza ever since.
as for SLR, i just hope merc holds its licence and some studios won`t forget to bring this car into game, wish to see tdu solar crown has SLR
