I think you mean Premium. There's no Ultimate for FH5.

Premium only covers DLCs that could be preordered at launch, so Day1 DLCs, Car Pass (bundle with all those single-car DLCs), and map expansions, Hot Wheels and Rally, at launch simply listed as Expansion 1 and Expansion 2.
