Can't Sign In

I've been trying to sign in to the game but the popup will not let me sign into a different account. I tried signing into the Forza website to create a help ticket but when I click sign in I get a page filled with code.

Does this game not work for steam deck? seems like pain in the butt, to get it to run from what i heard, that's why I have not bought it yet. I need to know for sure, so don't waste my time and money.
