Photo mode crashes game

Not sure if its a known issue or just happening to me but whenever I'm entering photo mode (either by Up on D-pad or through pause menu) it then crashes my game completely if I'm in a race. Seems to be okay most of the time in free roam but if I'm in an event it happens every single time.
Just want to know if theres a fix or if its a general bug?

I get a similar issue where my screen goes black, except for the UI info. My fix is to change cars and take another pic. It's weird Oo

Photo mode in-race crash is a known issue. You can fix it by lowering Ray Tracing option in settings.

Should it be removed entirely or just set to a lower setting?

EDIT: To anyone else with the issue - I lowered it from Extreme to High and it seems to have done the trick.

Still crashing after changing rtx settings

You're better off disabling it, since you can barely make it out. All it changes is the car mirrors are reflected & nothing else.
