I am doing a custom race, how are the flags of the check points set?

What do you mean? How to place them, or how to make them wide or narrow?

Because everyone uses different inputs, not sure if you are just asking for the button. But assuming that is not the issue...

Not sure if *this* is the issue, but there was a bug with Street Races where you could not see the flag. So you had to guess where it was.

If you make some road races, the flags do show up properly there and gave you an idea of how the system works. Using that knowledge you can set flags for street races, even if they are invisible.

Maybe that helps someone....

Basically, some start points are OK, some have left over bugs because they were never supposed to be starting points. They still need to fix the bugs with the creator, so I'd save time till they do.

They also have issues with traffic showing up, and if you play offline your objects may not appear. So be mindful of that.

There is a button defined to do it. For example on my controller it is the X button. There should be a prompt on screen depending on your input device.

When you make a race, you can set the checkpoints.

There is a bug with Street Races where it shows you the default first 2 checkpoints right now. Even though they mean nothing for your race. It is a bug that even shows up if you do the race for real. If you reset the race after it starts, this bug goes away.

Again, the editor does have bugs. I'd wait.

Prompts are on screen so just look as you are driving. I would assume keyboard has a prompt. Mouse may not, as mouse does not have all the prompts that keyboard does.

Just like my 360 controller has more prompts than my wheel (that has the same exact buttons). So when editing a track, be sure the keyboard is most recently active input and not the mouse and maybe then you will see the key.

The prompts presented on screen change based on your input device. Instantly. So one second you may have 10 prompts, but when you use your mouse only 6 show up. For example. (not saying the mouse is your issue, but it is a real example that happens)
