PSA (maybe?): Be careful to exit out of any mod tools or memory editing tools when you start the game. Apparently, it detects those even if they are run along-side the game and not actively using them to modify game files/memory.
Even on that note, it doesn't feel right that a process is able to read what is being run on your machine and sending it off to god knows where without your express permission.
Yes, it has been lifted. But when I check my ban history, it is also now empty. Seems to me that Forza made a mistake is not wanting to own up to it, to be honest.
