Ban with same start & end date, and without reason

Title, wanna check forzathon shop and realized i get ban, go to website to check and my ban start & end date are the same, and reason just direct me to "Why was I banned" page, anyone with same issue?

People can report you for excessive reckless driving, e.g., ramming teammates off the road, but that doesn't warrant a permanent ban, and using offensive decals can get you banned for days.

I just do the daily task every day and then quit. I have not entered many multiplayer games, so it is impossible to violate the regulations and I Never cheat.

Well I got a response from support stating that i was "Running cheat software on client alongside game." I do remember a few instances that I left cheat engine open because I was messing around in BG3 and then opening Forza without exiting cheat engine.

PSA (maybe?): Be careful to exit out of any mod tools or memory editing tools when you start the game. Apparently, it detects those even if they are run along-side the game and not actively using them to modify game files/memory.

Even on that note, it doesn't feel right that a process is able to read what is being run on your machine and sending it off to god knows where without your express permission.

The response also states that it is a "warning", and that "Future infractions will result in a ban." I am not sure if "warning" = "ban". If not, then there is no justification that I was banned from accessing online features. I have also not received any messages in the in-game message box regarding any bans or warnings. And that I was still banned way past the expire date of the ban.

Yes, it has been lifted. But when I check my ban history, it is also now empty. Seems to me that Forza made a mistake is not wanting to own up to it, to be honest.

Me the same. I really did nothing. I don't want get banned so I did nothing against rules, but here I am. I did nothing and I am banned. This same issue happend to me with FH4. I'm done with Forza. I don't have patience for this.
