Unless you really want those particular cars, I'd say no.

There's a ton of cars in base game to play with, plently to go around.
Besides, buying Car Pass seperately is probably going to cost almost as much as upgrading to Premium (bundle of all Day1 DLCs + map expansions), so if you WANT more cars, it's better bang for you buck to add $8 and buy that.

It's only worth it if you plan on spending 100+ hours in the game, really enjoy the cars in the packs, AND purchase the premium game bundle. Buying the base game and the car packs later is really not worth it unless you are a huge fan of the specific cars included.

it's 42 cars including the drift pack. I'm not sure what it costs separately as I got it in the bundle but i personally use quite a few of them. Just depends if you like any of them. There's no added value or gameplay, it's just a big car pack really.

Yes, it has Car Pass, 2 expansions, and some smaller bonuses like unique versions of cars already in game and better earning from races.

In list of DLCs, it's ones that only have 1 car, Car Pass itself is a bundle of those one car DLCs.

If you want it, you buy it. All the extra content in this game is worth it for me. But that is purely subjective depending on how much you value the game, and how much time you dedicate to it.
