Manual w/ clutch but can shift without pedal
new guy here, I have a logitech g923 setup with a shifter and I wanted to shift only when I step on clutch pedal and use the shifter. Right now I can shift without using the clutch pedal, what settings or how do I make it so that I have to only use the pedal in order to shift gears? Manual w/ clutch is the same as manual shifting but it accelerates automatically without touching the gas pedal

I have G920 and had a G29 never got clutch to work. Same in FM23. G-Hub and game recognises the clutch and it pedal works correctly. Just a bug in the Forza software sadly.

I have both a Logitech G920 and a Thrustmaster T248. It's not the wheel, it's just how the game works.

The clutch only half-works in this game. You can launch your car without the clutch, car does not stall, but you do need it to shift. If you don't press it, the car will go into neutral for about a second or two, which will make you lose time. You can make the clutch slip, or disengage it, so it does work to an extent. But that's about it when it comes to 'realism'.

Just play pretend.
