You want Forza Horizon 3 for Australia. Still some keys available for that and second hand discs on ebay.

The game is set in Mexico.

It does have a few Holdens and Australian Fords, but that's about it.

and there's no "australian tracks" in Forza Horizon games which are all about fictional open world racing. for real world racing circuits there are Motorsport games.
