Is it possible to get it in the current season or does it only come up (dust storm) in a specific one?

It needs to be Spring, I think it's Dry season, and in free roam.
Event labs used to work, at one stage, but they seem to have patched it.

Do you know if the weather is the same in all sessions?
If I change sessions, does the weather change?

I saw a dust storm yesterday over at the west side of the map, ie the desert - hang about there.

i unlock this Ach on today its work for spring and dust storm

Achievement Dust in the lens:
1 in the hot Season ( spring )
2 : play the story of in the Dust storm i think ( take a shot story )
3: any car and when you see or coming Dust storm on Baja
4: go between baja and telescopio s spot and then take a photo you must take a photo with Telescopio

How it actually was:

1) teleport to baja expedition icon
2) the storm already was there
3) teleport to a telescope
4) take a shot
5) smile! 😃
