3 Crashes in 2hours

What am i doing wrong? It just closes no Error sometimes even with steam never had this issue before. Shoul i refund it?

i dono. i bought it last week and i keep getting low memory errors which is insane considering my PC speccs and the fact i have everything turned down in settings with a capped fps

The last two seasons were really unstable for me also. Before i never had problems, seems they messed smth up with the update. In the current Season i cant i even join the event where you need the Extreme E - instant crash.

They definitely fed something up with the last update that release the Valkerie secret santa car. I have had the game freeze for several seconds while changing parts and exiting garages/homes where I have played this game for hundreds of hours, on the same hardware, with no such issues.

Over the last two years, I've spent more than 30 hours troubleshooting for a total of 2 successful launches and 8hrs of game play.

(Reinstalling from scratch, repairing, clearing out windows credentials starting with XBL, updating windows, updating drivers, resetting Microsoft store, resetting xbox live, resetting DNS, Disabling IPv6, re-enambling IPv6, reseting Webview2, Turning off overlays, clean boots with no Anti-Virus, reinstalling all 14 Win32 and Wint64 Visual-C-Runtimes versions, deleting AppData, trying compatibility modes, etc).

I've uninstalled and re-downloaded the 169gb files 4 times. I have concluded that I must just be cursed. For more than 6 months, I haven't even had it launch past the PNG Banner. It just quietly dies. I was playing other games and didn't try to open it within the launch date, so I'm out $78 for ultimate from black Friday 2022.

In a fit of ultimate defeat, I purchased Forza 4, and it works. I wish I could say I've given up, but I do keep trying periodically. This is the least stable game since FarCry 6, and even Ubisoft fixed that after 4 months.

It isn't normal. I've had no crashes in 1000+ hours. I'd go as far as to say it's the most stable game I'm currently playing. That said the game does seem to be fickle for some players.

This is their official support page for crashes. There are some conflicting apps etc.
Create a ticket as last resort, if you don't come right after that, refund is your only choice unfortunately. Just keep inside the refund window obviously.
