Premium edition, or Premium add-on's bundle?

I am going to buy this game, which version do I buy?
I want the best bang for my buck, and I do not understand the difference between the two. There is nothing I can find in the store page explaining the difference between them.
Premium Edition is more expensive, is this due to antique pricing or does it include more things?
If I buy the Premium add-on's is it the premium version with more DLC or is it the base version with some premium DLC?

Please explain and help me decide.
Or link me something that explains the difference.

They are the same thing, you are supposed to buy the add-ons bundle if you already have the base game

You need the base game if you want to buy the add-ons. Get the Premium edition if you can, it includes almost everything except the new carpacks that have started coming out recently (not needed) or the treasure map.
