This guy says the game is gay. What does that mean? It's teen speak.
There is nothing sexual about this game whatsoever. If the thread poster has not clicked on a pronoun that does not describe him then he does not know how that effects the gameplay. If he chooses the nonbinary "they" second option I suppose he might be selecting a name for his drivatar that is of an object that both men and women use. The game might make his character be named Toilet or Commode. No matter what kind of junk you have in your pants or dress you use a restroom with a toilet inside it.
Just because there are various ethnic male and female drivatars and men's and women's hairstyles, some conventional and some 'exotic,' that the player controls does not mean the game is secretly trying to shove cross-dressing as a new normal.
I hope Mr. Souza is not curious enough to click on a pronoun that conflicts with the gender of the drivatar he made to see if the game will give his driver a sex change operation.

The "trans" issue, aka, gender identity dysphoria is not in Forza Horizon 5.

Is it the gender idea choice in drivatar customization that the devs designed that puts hormone-made titties on your male drivatar if you chose 'her' like a pervert? Is that it?

Well, the main thing is that you have a strong unsubstantiated opinion.
As is usually the case in such cases - a pile of text that carries no meaning other than gaslighting with a bunch of drawn out and vague words and figures of speech, the meaning of which can be completely changed at any time. Complete lack of arguments, an attempt to provoke and offend a person's opinion and position.
Beings like you completely pervert the world picture, trying to pass off your fantasies as the norm.
The game is overloaded with agenda. Male characters are given dresses and skirts, strong and independent women are forcibly inserted into the story, who are defiant and insolent, while your character only mumbles, sags and agrees with everything, swallowing all the pressure that is put on him (even if it is insignificant, but there are enough such moments). All radio stations are 80% filled with exclusively female vocals with the same message "I am strong and independent. I do what I want because I'm a woman, and you can freak out all you want."
Even Epitaph radio, where heavy pop-rock music should be implied, "for some reason" plays pop songs with female vocals that have nothing to do with the style of the radio. Female radio presenters are on all stations, where they sound completely ridiculous and out of place. All the male characters are fundamentally as sterile as possible and behave like intimidated children, not daring to respond to any woman in any way with anything other than agreement. Players can create male characters (who can no longer be called "man") in dresses, but players are not allowed to create a normal traditional masculine character with a bushy beard, a rough low voice, and normal, not tight (female) clothes, because for some reason it's considered bad form - and you've considered it normal for a long time, lol.
The game is constantly trying to make the player believe that women are not just, suddenly, the best of the best in racing, the most talented and inquisitive, but they are also actively interested in them and know literally the entire automotive and racing history, while in my long life, as well as the lives of my friends and acquaintances, I met only a few women who were even superficially interested in cars. In a game whose fanbase is, whatever one may say, predominantly male, there is too much stylization and content primarily for women, who, for the most part, are completely uninterested in such games. In the end, it turns out that either the game condemns masculinity with all its might and does everything to prevent children from seeing it, or the game is deliberately made in such a way as to satisfy the 1% of women who play it. Or what percentage of women are there? 5%?10%? Maybe even as much as 20%? Such moments can be listed for a very long time, but there is no point, because creatures like you will continue to replace concepts and impose an agenda until you are blue in the face.
