How to buy just the car.

Did I toggle on a setting that forces me to buy liveries? Every single time I buy a new vehicle the only way is by choosing some stupid player created skin. All I care about is the default that was given when I looked at the vehicle. I didnt care for generic cars but now that I am buying the tribute cars it is annoying. Is there a toggle or some way to not buy the alternate liveries?

Just to make it clear. when I buy ken blocks hoonigan vehicles for instance, I only care about the original ken block livery that the vehicle has. I DO NOT want to go to some stupid player created fluffy rainbow livery. That should not be an option ever.

Note I made up the fluffy rainbow skin. Hoping no one makes that livery.

I have the same choice you describe as soon as I want to buy a car.
However, by pressing the "Y" key (I play with the XBox controller), I can return to the "default colors" selection. You should have this option as well.

i will look into that. i am using an xbox but didnt see that. will chock up to user too dumb if it turns out to be true. Ty for the suggestion to try wen i get home.

Just press "Y" to go to manufacturer colors

as others have said, just press Y on the screen with all the custom liveries and you can pick from the factory colors.
