RWD Car Spins Too Much As Drag
Okay, how do other people launch RWD Cars so fast and easily and when I do it, it just spins out or it spins on pull away before getting grip?

How do I lessen or prevent this? My Tires are warm aswell. Controller user.

I find converting to AWD usually takes care of this and the car just launches forward, but people look down uppon AWD Dragsters and always keep it RWD?

Use drag tires, it's best for the fast launch.

I do use Drag Tyres as well.

Can it be cause my TCS is disabled as default under difficulty settings??

Launch as hard as possible, just enough to hear your tires, but not enough to see smoke. Throttle control. Also, play around with your 1st, 2nd and final gear ratio, until you manage to put as much power to the ground as possible, without breaking traction.

Tune your suspension. This makes a huge difference on how the car transfers its weight during acceleration.

Try using Launch Control as well.

You can also try activating launch mode in options, it works like a high stall converter like real drag racers have, if it’s turned on you can hold handbrake and gas and the car will rev to optimum rpm. Then all you do is release handbrake for the optimum launch.
Hope it helps

I do this aswell, same story. The car just wheelspins crazy until it shifts then pulls away.

It is weird because these are tunes from YouTube, but looking at YouTube they don't struggle like I do.

Infact most just doesn't even use LC. They rev up to abou 5 or 6 and release the brake and slam the accelerator and just jump forward.....me, I just wheelspin out of control :awkward:

Equip drag tires, widen your rear tyres, set rear camber to 0, lower rear tyre pressure and lower the rear spring rate and damping. You can also try having a fiddle with your car's gearing and setting the differential to 100% acceleration.
Hope this works for you.

widen rear tires + rear spoiler + lower rear tire pressure + try lowering your final gear + add more weight to the car

I don't use traction control on my Supra and it has like 1,800 hp and hooks up instantly with drag tires.

dosent matter tire pressure or drag or slick tires if you don't launch with the cluth it spins

Clutch I don't have. I am Controller.

I haven’t ventured into the vehicle perks yet, but just a thought that perhaps there is a perfect launch perk that the guys on YouTube have purchased?
I’m new to Forza but I’m trying to understand for you how copying their set up would not give the same effect for you in the same car

Perks don't work like that, they just give you stuff like more points or higher multipliers for doing these types of actions or you get money, FP, Wheelspins for some, rare cars for others, etc. They don't do anything towards your car's performance.

The only reason I can think of is Manual Clutch... which I don't have.

Either I use Launch Control which doesn't boost me enough or I should hold break and acceleration and let go of breaks to get a better boost.

I am a Controller user.

But that is prob the only thing I do differently than the videos. Hell I can even copy Share Codes and my launch won't fly forward like theirs... I'll spin away and not get traction.

I'm kind of curious what is happening here too...as I said I use a Supra RZ with like 1,500+ h.p. and it hooks up almost instantly and I use and xbox controller.

Idk if you fixed it or not but make sure you’re putting on “drag tires”
Not “slick racing tires”
Scroll all the way down in the tires and they’re the last one.
