Lost my progress after reinstalling this game

As the title says. I uninstalled this game due to running low on storage. Today I felt like replaying this game and reinstalled it only to find out that I've lost my progress and didn't even get the option to load a cloud save from my xbox account. Really? They didn't even implement cloud saves on this game or something? Yes I have checked through my steam cloud and when through all my files and can't even find a save made before today. I've almost had an aneurysm trying to figure out how the hell do I get my progress back.
Yes I have submitted a ticket on Forza Support. But I'd like to know if there is another way of getting it back besides using forza support.

Blessing in disguise for me. I kept my old hard drive so it's a quick copy/paste BUT... after starting the game and finding out it didn't save all my 935 hours/level 3324 of progress I just started playing from the start and I'M LOVING IT.

A few months ago I lost the ability to save liveries/paint jobs so another huge plus. AND you don't lose your place on the HOF leaderboard and all other leaderboards. Refreshed love for this game for me.

The saves are not deleted during uninstallation unless there is an option for it that you have to click on FH5 I'm not sure that there is this option.

I've reached out to forza support about my lost progress and they've said for me to delete my save and start a fresh new save so they can give me my cars and credits back. The steps in order to delete a save file is complicated and ridiculous. Done through all their 10 steps to delete a save file (Does it really have to be that damn complicated to delete a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ save file???) and next thing you know is i'm hit with a can't load profile error loop meaning I can't get past the damn start screen. Welp at this point I give up and I'm not gonna bother with this game anymore since the devs at playground can't implement a simple as ♥♥♥♥ working cloud saving system.
