Just like Natty said, sorry that you feel that way also.
I have more than 13 thousands hours across multiple VR titles.
Also own 3 VR headsets, including the Valve Index and even full body on top of that.
Forza would be such a great addition to VR so I push a +1 on it.
Not many games supports it but it's pretty niche.
There's a map in VRChat called "Varneon's Udon Vehicles" where you can uses your full body and just uses your feet for the gas, brake and clutch.
Then again, it's not a "great" racing game/map, it lowkey ruins my immersion compared using real pedals and wheels as you do it in the air basically so there's no actual feedback.
For someone that has VR and wheels/pedals/sticks I'd rather recommend playing Assetto with a VR headset. Beautiful experience.

and yes sad to say not many people want to have VR but those of us who have takken the plunge there is no turning back to a flat screen.
if you do want VR you could try playing with Vorpx or another 3rd party tool.
down side is it will not be perfect as there is no support.
even ets2 is not perfect so it will be just want you are looking for.
carX online drifting is amazing and great to get that on sale if you got the spare pocket money
But yeah, as for Forza, it would nice to have the option enabled somehow and it could be really feasible really but it would all depend on the devs if they'd like to go that route.
If it's just as a topic of discussion, I get it.
