Game won't Launch

I have this problem since Months, when i first bought this game it worked fine. I was able to play it. I deleted it because i ran out of Storage. Now i Downloaded it again, and it isnt Starting. The Forza Horizon Thumbnail is showing up and after 2-3 Sec it crashes. Is there any Solution? visual c++ and .NET are up to date. I need help!

I've tried;

* Nvidia drivers >> newest one and old ones, I've even tried 528.49
* Turned off MSI Afterburner and MSI Center
* Disabled steam overlay
* Diabled anti-virus and also put Forza Horizon 5 to exclusion list
* Checked my ram sticks with Memtest86 about 3 hours with no errors.
* My OS is up to date always and I've updated my BIOS also.
* Game is installed on M2 SSD
* I have disabled Developer Mode, nothing is changed
* I reset xbox app and MS Store, nothing is changed
* I disabled my network connection and tried game like this, nothing is changed.

>> I have re-installed game, guess what...of course nothing is changed...

I am so sorry but I will not reinstall my OS for a stupid racing game. I have NO issues at all on other games. I am playing Dying Light 2, Battlefield 2042, Grim Dawn, Apex Legends, AC:Valla for hours with no crashes...

This is not about nvidia drivers or MSI Afterburner or Riva Tuner software...

This is about game itself.

and I don't think developers can fix this. Because new Forza game is coming and probably all team will focus on that.

Welp I guess some of us paid for nothing then! I'm also not that optimistic about it ever being fixed.

Okay I finally got the game to launch, i will list all the steps i did to fix the issue.
- Make sure game is installed, right-click Forza on the steam library and go to "Properties".
- Under General, disable "Steam overlay while in-game", and delete "In-Game Overlay Data".
- Under "Installed Files", click "Verify integrity of game files".

hopefully this works for you, if it still crashes. Limit your FPS to 60 at main menu and once in game you can change it back.
