Forza Horizon 5 Account verloren HILFE !!

Ich habe mein Computer vor 2 Tagen neu aufgesetzt und einmal platt gemacht.
Ich war in Forza schon ziemlich weit und hatte schon sehr teure und einzigartige Fahrzeuge.
Ich habe das Spiel wie üblich auf Steam wieder installiert und startete das Spiel.
Als ich ins Spiel komme meldete ich mich mit denn Selben Daten an, als ich eingeloggt war begann die start Sequenz und ich musste plötzlich wieder komplett von vorne anfangen... ich habe da spiel einmal wieder komplett gelöscht und auch mal auf eine andere Festplatte installiert, jedoch ohne erfolg. Ist es möglich das ich die 87 Spielstunden erstattet bekomme ?

Normally all progress is saved under your MS account.
I'd check if you're loggind in Xbox live on windows pc with the correct account.
When launching Forza, you can press the windows key on your keyboard (flag icon) together with the G key to open the ingame xbox live menu. You can also check there which account is active there and see if it's the right one. :)

Thank you for your help, but unfortunately that didn't help :( I logged in with the correct account but had to start all over again and my progress is gone, I reported it to the support but unfortunately they don't help but remove my help question directly :(
