Black screen after start up intro.

have anyone ever encounter a black screen as soon as the intro after the "Turn 10 Studios" scene ?

been 2 years since i played this game and last few days i wanted to play it back but it crash suddenly and since that it just black screen after the start up intro.

anyone have a solution to it ? i have been re-downloaded the game 4 times, scan and repair few times and also i tried to play it on Xbox Apps still same thing happens.

I've not been able to play for about a year, same as you game crashes as soon as it starts tried every fix possible that I've seen online nothing works,

Do you lowered your settings? Run as administrator? Changed DX? Do you have overlays? Do you have third parts programs running on your pc? Do you have Antivirus? Weemod? Cheat engine? Wallpaper Engine? MSI afterburner? Updated windows? Updated Drivers?

Yup still the same, i even redownloaded the game 4 times
