Hi-Low - Team Low - Last chapter - stuck in customization
So, I did the Hi-Low storyline and I'm at the last event, where I get to customize the car. I have and it is within the limit of 800. I can go out and drive around, but the objective is still cutomize your car, with 45 minutes remaining.

Is there any way to skip that or do I have to sit here for 45 minutes now?

There should be a waypoint just outside of the festival site, if you park in that spot, the mission should progress to the next stage. Also make sure you have all of the necessary upgrades on your car: you are required to include the parts that are marked in the upgrade menu before you can progress.

I guess I got to it on Low-Car, but after "doing" High-Car's last chapter (car all built, 200 credits remaining and below A800) I drove until I drove myself mad. Angry. I abandoned it.
