Looking at Forza's official support page for the crashes, there's quite a lot that can potentially conflict with the game.

Good luck with your venture dude, if you get a fixes thread going here, you have my vote should you ever need it. >.O
Thanks for replying, and sorry all of you are having issues.
Right now, I'm still collection as much info as I can, about the various types of crashes as well as computer setups.
If possible and you wouldn't mind, if you could list your pc's CPU, GPU, RAM and Motherboard specs, manufacturer as well if possible. (trying to determine as well if perhaps it may be manufacturer related, or at least to rule it out.)
Also, If you could list the steps to how the crash takes place from launching the game, to see if maybe I can duplicate it? Much appreciated and thanks in advance for any info.
Yeah, I just don't get it yet, but I'm gonna keep trying to find out what I can, heck, I even just ran both 4&5 at the same time as a movie and some youtube videos and still nothing. :(
Thanks for replying:)
My specs (HP Victus Laptop):
GPU: Nvidia RTX 3050 Notebook
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5600H
RAM: 16GB
144 Hertz Monitor (don't think that matters much, but just to be safe)
Windows 11 22H2
Game crashes when starting up, even when I launch it as administrator. Doesn't matter if I start it on Steam, on the task bar or on the desktop, same problem across all three methods.
Problem: Splash screen opens for about 1-2 seconds, then it disappears and the game closes itself.
I have Intel i5-12400, 64GB DDR4 3200MHz, 2TB SSD, Windows 11 Pro 22H2. How can I start the game, please? I got only black screen and the game exit/crash back to the Windows afterthat.
We both seem to have the same (or a similar) problem and we both have Nvidia GPUs... Hmmmm, are the Nvidia GPUs the issue?
I have almost 300 hours on a Nvidia RTX 2060 super with a couple of random crashes, but that's it.
Ah, good to know! I'd be upset if I couldn't play the game because of what graphics card I have.
CPU: Intel i5 9600K
GPU: MSI RTX GeForce 3050
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 32gb
Motherboard: MSI Z390 Gaming Edge AC
Everywhere else the game is super stable.
But in the rally DLC map, it crashes just while driving around. It wasn't like that in the past, i mean i managed to do all the DLC content, but now it crashes.
The game seems to be a bit sketchy concerning rental cars and the stories and can lose the car you were using and crash when you try to proceed in the story.
This sounds like the issue I had. Perhaps there is a corrupted car or a car with a bad state in your garage.
Been through every single troubleshooting step, tried every Nvidia driver since 517.48 (pre-bug), reverted all overclocks, fully updated windows, updated BIOS and vBIOS, ran Memtest86, reinstalled the game multiple times (onto different drives each time), disabled RT, disabled DLDSR, etc.
Even put my old GTX 980 Ti back in in case my 2080 Ti was dying, but no change.
Every single time, after between 5 and 15 mins, the game crashes to the desktop without warning, no errors or warnings in event viewer, no freezing or stuttering before it happens, it just closes like someone pressed ALT+F4.
EDIT for info: Crashing happens regardless of activity, online, offline, freeroam, garage, customisation, nothing changes it.
Did happen rarely before, but that was due to the Nvidia driver bug.
After the latest update, it's constant, rendering the game completely unplayable.
Missed the weekly stuff for the first time since launch due to it.
My system is dust-free, well cooled and rock-solid. The ONLY recent change was the game's update.
